While we endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. For any questions or information, please contact us: ad************@cl***********.net

While we have taken every care to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, there may be occasional errors for which we apologize and we draw your attention to our limitation of liability clause above.

Information on this website is provided for information purposes only; you should not rely on it to make any decision without either obtaining professional advice or verifying the accuracy of the information provided.
The materials on our website are owned by us and we reserve copyright and all other rights in them. Our name and any image or logo we use to identify ourselves are our trademarks and may not be reproduced without our permission in writing.
You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, display, or in any way exploit any of the content of classicalnews.net, in whole or in part, except as otherwise expressly permitted by ClassicalNews.
ClassicalNews reserves the right to withdraw (without refund) advertising which might mislead or offend. Correspondence between Advertiser and Readership subsequent to publication must also meet these standards. A listing fee cannot cover multiple jobs. Duration of the publication is one Year for Jobs, Events, Competitions, and Instruments on sale; without limit for Privates schools, Festivals and Summer Camps.
For instance, “Leader of Second Violins” is one job, but “Leader of Second Violins and Tutti First Violins” are two separate seats and therefore command two distinct listing fees.
Once your posting is published live, you have availed of our services and refunds for withdrawn advertising are at the discretion of ClassialNews. If publication has been deferred, full refund will be given upon cancellation up until the publication date. The content of postings may be amended at any stage during the lifetime of the listing as long as the primary subject matter is consistent. Advertisers cannot use the shell of an existing posting in order to subsequently list a different job, course, competition, or instrument sale.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, ClassicalNews takes no responsibility for and will not be liable for the website being temporarily unavailable.
